• 2009-09 Skip Johnson just returned from a 105-days boat trip this summer having travelled from Vermont to NewYork to Montréal to Otawa and back to Michigan via the Hudson, the St. Lawrence, the Ottawa River, the Rideau Canal, the Trent-Severn Waterway and the Georgian Bay. At the same site, you can also read their summer 2008 travels from Chicago to Vermont - 71 days that year.
• 2009-07 John Grunsfeld was featured on the Chicago Tribune.
• 2009-04 John Grunsfeld - Flew on the Space Shuttle mission STS-125 for the repair of the Hubble Space Telescope. The Hubble was captured and five EVAs were performed - Grunsfeld was part of EVA 1, 3 and 5.
